Description
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing visually compelling content that strengthens the AG Trade Services Ltd brand across digital and print platforms.
- This role will work closely with the Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and Operations teams to produce creative assets that support marketing campaigns, corporate communications, employer branding, digital engagement, and business growth.
- We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team.
Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen the company's visual communication and brand positioning.
- Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, websites, email marketing, blogs, newsletters, and online promotions.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, creative technologies, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Develop creative concepts and brand assets that align with AG Trade Services Ltd's corporate identity and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support Business Development by designing proposals, presentations, corporate profiles, and sales enablement materials.
- Prepare artwork for professional printing and digital publishing while ensuring quality assurance before release.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, roll-up banners, infographics, business cards, presentation decks, company profiles, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Design internal communication materials, recruitment campaigns, employer branding assets, and corporate event collateral.
- Maintain an organized library of design templates, marketing assets, brand resources, and creative files.
- Create digital and print-ready artwork while maintaining consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts, and brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other creative assets for use across multiple communication channels.

Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or Content Design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, branding expertise, and design versatility.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software is desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Figma will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of print production, digital publishing, and file preparation standards.
- Ability to design across both digital and print media.
- Experience using Canva Pro.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
